1. What is the Braille Sense U2 MINI battery charger?
* It is an external battery charger for the battery pack of Braille Sense U2 MINI.
* It cannot be used for any other purpose and it can only be used for charging the Braille Sense U2 MINI battery pack.

2. Specifications 
* Input : 5V DC 2A, AC adapter ( Same as Braille Sense U2 MINI adaptor ) 
* Size : 80 mm(L) x 65 mm(W) x 28 mm(H)
* Weight : 100g 
* Charging time : approximately 3 hours 
* Output : beep sound and LED indicator 

3. Appearance and structure 

This section explains the hardware configuration of the Braille Sense U2 MINI battery charger. 
The dimensions of the unit are 80mm long by 65mm wide by 28mm high.
A wide and flat side of the unit is bottom panel. On the bottom, there are rubber feet in order to prevent slipping while using the unit.
Top panel consists of 2 stairs. On the top of unit includes 'Check Button' and 2 LEDs. The left red LED indicates 'Charging' or 'Error' status. And the right green LED indicates charging completed.
The 'Check Button' is used to check the status of battery charging with beep sound. 
The lower side of the unit is called 'Battery Holder', which can be inserted the battery pack. The 'Battery Holder' of the unit should be faced into you.
There is a hole on the left side which is an AC adapter jack.
The 'Battery Connection Pin' is located on the left of the wall between top panel and 'Battery Holder.' 

4. Operation 
A. Checking AC-adapter connection  
* If an AC-Adapter is connected to battery charger, the beep sound would come.
* At the same time, you can see the lights on 2 LEDs in a short time.
B. Inserting battery 
* The 'Battery Holder' of the charger should be faced into you. 
* The position of the locking switch of the battery pack should be upside and away from you. The battery should be placed on the 'Battery Holder' of charger. 
* Push the battery pack to the 'Battery Connection Pin' and press down then the battery is fixed. 
* When you hear the beep sound, it is connected correctly.
* If you hear the beep sound 2 times repeatedly, or the red LED flickers repeatedly, you should re-insert the battery pack. 
C. Checking the status of battery charging
* While charging, the red LED turns on. Once the charge is completed, the red LED turns off and the green LED turns on. 
* No light means the battery is not inserted.
* When you need to check the status of battery charging, just simply press 'Check Button.' While charging, you will hear beep sound only 1 time. If you hear beep sound 3 times, the battery charging is completed. 
* When you press the 'Check Button' without inserting battery, you would not hear any sound.
* Once the charge is completed, you will hear the beep sound 3 times automatically without pressing the 'Check Button'. 

D. Removing the battery pack from the charger 
* Hold the left and right side of the battery pack.
* Lift up the battery pack then take it out.

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions.
1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and     
2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to pro-vide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.
This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not in-stalled and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
-Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
-Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
-Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
-Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
